Peach Brown Sugar Ice Cream with Sugar Cookies



Indulge in the sweet, fruity flavors of ripe peaches combined with rich brown sugar, swirled into a creamy ice cream base and studded with crunchy sugar cookies. This delightful dessert is perfect for hot summer days or any time you crave a refreshing treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies

Instructions:

Using a blender, blend the peaches and brown sugar into a smooth paste

Add the heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the peach mixture in a large bowl

Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it as directed by the maker's maker

Just before the end of the churning time, add the crushed sugar cookies

Once the ice cream is smooth, put it in a container and freeze it for at least 4 hours before serving
