Bean Burrito Sandwich



This Bean Burrito Sandwich is a delicious twist on traditional burritos, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. Packed with flavorful ingredients and easy to customize, it's sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 ounces refried beans
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salsa, for serving
  • Sour cream, for serving

Instructions:

Use medium-low heat to warm the refried beans all the way through

Lay out a tortilla on a clean surface

Spread a quarter of the warm beans out on the tortilla, making sure to leave some space around the edges

On top of the beans, put lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and cilantro

To make a burrito, fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tight

Do it again with the rest of the tortillas and filling

Cut each burrito in half across the middle

If you want, you can serve it with salsa and sour cream on the side
