These Chocolate Tahini Oat Bars are a tasty vegan treat that are full of good things for you. Blending oats, tahini, and chocolate together makes a tasty and satisfying snack or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up
Put the oats, tahini, maple syrup, chocolate chips, chopped nuts if using, and salt in a bowl
Mix the ingredients together well until they are spread out evenly
Spread the mixture out evenly in a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper
Put it in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you cut it into bars
Put in a container that won't let air in
