Mint Chocolate Chip Coconut Milk Ice Cream



In this dairy-free ice cream recipe, mint is mixed with creamy coconut milk and rich chocolate chips to make a delicious treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Put maple syrup, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and coconut milk in a blender

Mix until it's smooth

Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's instructions until it's the consistency of soft serve

Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy

Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer

Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm

Serve and have fun!
